PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & PROMOTIONAL MEDIA CONSENT

Kudos Driving would occasionally like to use photographs, videos, testimonials or other material featuring Clients to promote the driving school.
Taking part is completely voluntary. Saying no will not affect your driving lessons, treatment, progress or relationship with Kudos Driving.
Please tick each option separately. Leaving a box blank means that you have not given consent for that particular use.

I understand that Kudos Driving will not substantially alter the meaning of a testimonial when using it for promotional purposes.
F. EDITING AND FORMATTING
☐ I consent to photographs or video being reasonably edited, cropped, resized, formatted or otherwise adjusted for presentation, provided that the editing does not materially misrepresent me or the context in which the material was created.

G. MY CONSENT
I understand that:
my participation is voluntary;
refusing consent will not affect my driving tuition;
I can withdraw my consent at any time;
withdrawal will not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal;
Kudos Driving will take reasonable steps to stop future use of material on channels under its control after withdrawal;
Kudos Driving cannot guarantee removal of material already copied, reposted, shared or otherwise distributed by third parties; and
my personal information will be handled in accordance with the Kudos Driving Privacy Notice.
